php insert google analytics script into database mysql

i have some google analytics sample code like this :

<script>
(function(i,s,o,g,r,a,m){i[‘GoogleAnalyticsObject’]=r;i[r]=i[r]||function(){
(i[r].q=i[r].q||[]).push(arguments)},i[r].l=1*new Date();a=s.createElement(o),
m=s.getElementsByTagName(o)[0];a.async=1;a.src=g;m.parentNode.insertBefore(a,m)
})(window,document,’script’,’//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js’,’ga’);

ga(‘create’, ‘UA-xxxxxxxxxxxx’, ‘auto’);
ga(‘send’, ‘pageview’);

</script>

and i want to insert it into database …

this is how i do it . i use addslashes to escape the single quotes from the content of the google analytics scripts then

i allow the tag script <script> using strip_tags($name,'<tag to allow’) to insert into database or allow the text editor and allow tag <script>

just like this :

$insert = “insert into table_name set google_analytics = ‘ “.strip_tags(addslashes($_POST[‘g_analytics’]),'<script>’).” ‘ “;

so now you can insert that script into your mysql or any databases. hope this is usefull for you. please comment to let me know this is usefull for you, or if you have another method, let me know.

thank you,

Rio
